ICMS TRAINING – Effective Negotiation Skills

On 2nd July 2022, HEYA was honoured to be partnered as the training partner for International Council of Malaysian Scholars – ICMS Campus Ambassadorship 2022.

The training was held on ZOOM Meeting with the topic of ‘Effective Negotiation Skills’ by Mr. Ooi Tze Howe, President of HEYA.

This training started with a short briefing on how to make a win-win deal in a team, which then carried on to a simulation round that allowed the participants to act out and think of their actions when put into a difficult decision making scenario.
