On 2nd July 2022, HEYA Development Team were invited to conduct a training for the Student Representative Council and Clubs & Society Leaders of Manipal International University. The training was conducted physically, by HEYA trainers. 
Our first speaker, Ms. Fang Yi Xue engaged the participants in an informative session titled ‘Managing ‘A’ Team’. Participants learned to outline Key Result Areas and deliver solutions based on their given case studies.
Our second speaker, Mr Chiang Kai Huei delivered an exciting talk, ‘DISCover Your Style’. Participants learned to better understand themselves and how to engage with those of different styles.
The MIU participants walked away from this training with knowledge on how to manage teams as well as understanding themselves better. We thank our partner, MIU for this opportunity to engage with the youths and look forward to future collaborations!
